Get the gasket from Cummins them either use new head bolts or go to ARP. If you go with new stock bolts get them from Cummins not the part store.

I have read the new Cummins gasket is made in China like the feloro, I do not know that for a fact though. I would still suggest a Cummins upper end kit.

When my head gasket went I replaced the bolts with ARP studs and the gasket with a Felpro. Ive yet to have a problem and Ive got over 50k on the them. Remember if you go with studs, you need to have parts machined to fit the head nuts.

I bought one from Cummins in 2010 and it was made in China.

AFAIK, ARP is the only mfg. requiring machining of the rocker pedestals for full thread engagement of the stud in the block. Provided, you run a bottoming tap through each hole. I haven't seen for myself if any other head stud mfg's. require the same or not. Although, what Mark relayed from the ARP engineers, sounds like it would be a good idea to do so for any stud type fastener.
