My bud just traded in his D-350 CTD for an '06. The dealer gave him $350 for it and he let it go for that! haha.....well this is the funny part! The Wholesale auction guy wont even take the truck! SO the dealer is stuck with it and tring to dump it for what they have in it.....so i bet someone might be able to get a good deal at a Dodge dealer in Grapevine, Texas if they get on the ball!! haha.....fun stuff........

 

I really don't like to hear stories like that. My friends dad on a whim traded his 90 w-250 on a over valved 3500. He still won't tell us what the dealership gave him for it. And every once in a while I still see it... and still want it. Dodges are like good dogs the new one isn't as good as the one it replaced. Imo. Jethrro

Kinda what I was thinking.

 

If I thought I had a chance of beating you guys to it I would leave Maine today. It only takes 36 hours to drive from Maine to Austin, I could be there tomorrow night.

 

EH....i figure by the time i posted it...the local Dealer Service Rats had eaten it up......he just called me to tell me what he did.......and I posted....Trust me....I have an 86 F-150 that engine would have been great for! BUT the truck, in all honesty, was pretty rough.....still might be worth a call....but i have never heard of this dealer....new i guess in Grapevine...ill see if i can get the name........and Number........

He said D 350, that is a 2wd, the "w" was the 4X4.
