hey guys iv been working on my truck for three days now and cant get it right i put the 3200 rpm spring in my 91 ve pump and it will either just runaway or wont start no happy middle i really dont want to take it to a shop i was just woundering if their was someone around columbus that could help me out

 

Have you messed with the fuel screw??? if so back it out some till you get it running, Also make sure you got the top hat assy. together properly.

 

i did mess with it but i have it so fare out that fule is leaking out of it their was one spot where it had a high idle but still ranaway

Is your throttle indexed wrong?
