Gov Spring

I'm lookin for some tip's on installing the gov spring. I want to leave the pump on the truck if that's possible... Do I have to take the fuel screw and the idle screw's out of the pump to get to the spring? My truck's an automatic.... THANK'S

Bushy has made some directions with photos, leaving the pump on. You have to remove the top of hte housing very carefully and keep it clean inside. I'll look for the link.
