good combination?

I need some advice, id like to make my 91 a nice looking, fast running 1st gen.

truck:
1991 W250 reg cab
1990 non I/C engine
getrag 5spd
3.54 gears

mods:
fuel screw 1 turn from run away
diaphram turned
3" straight pipe into 5" stacks
BHAF

now would this be a good combination of parts for an everyday driver/part time tow vehicle?

intercooler from a 99 (in my basement) with 3" piping
either 6X16's or PODS?
a fuel pin, possible DennyT pin
ATS 3 piece manifold
an S300/S400 compound turbos (or HX35/HX50??)
head studs
advanced timing
4" turbo back exhaust into 7" bullhaulers
Southbend clutch
NV5600 6spd
6" lift with BFG A/T's (the KO's) 35X12.50 R16's
stock 3.54 gears
Factory 2 tone but a dark dodge blue with metallic flake and marbleized silver?
air brush the embelems on then put 5 coats of clear over the top of the whole truck.
also a moon visor from Lund
reg. cab chrome nerf bars

Also any ideas on fuel system upgrades like a FASS system that will work or?

any ideas comments, concerns on parts combination or paint please let me know. i want to do it right the 1st time

sounds good.

I'd screw the NV5600 idea, its heavy and very large,, its alot of work to make it work in a 1st gen and doesn't seem worth it unless you tow like a million pounds.

Yeah please send it my way.

for all out power 6x16 edm'd injectors yes, skip POD's.

If you want to be fast 1/4 mile then you need an auto, otherwise get a DD clutch for the getrag.

If you are buying a fuel system in a box I like the Airdog better than the FASS.

HX50 is too small as your big turbo, :nono:

HX35/HT3B would be the ultimate. Or H1c/HT3B

A 91.5-93 H1c has the same specs as an HX35, except the exhaust housing.

I'd do a H1C with 60mm GDS kit, with a 12cm housing.

With a HT3B big turbo.

Scheid has a website, just search GOOGLE

Airdog seems to know 1st gens alot better than FASS, and airdogs are quieter from my experience. It has to be set at 15psi or lower for it to not hurt the pump.

well i think i already have the 12cm housing. its a 1990 engine with the stock H1C. so the 60mm upgrade and a HT3B. k i got that part. i knew about the 15 psi limit. would an electric pump from summit and a filter relocation kit work the same?

If you're doing twins, why do the 60mm upgrade on the secondary?

Also I think i'd use a 16 or 18 cm exhaust housing with an external wastegate.

no a 90 Stock H1c would have a 18cm housing.

Put a 12cm wastegated on your secondary,

and why not put a 60mm wheel on your secondary? More air = more power.

And if you don't get the 60mm wheel/housing then you don't get a MWE slot. because H1c's dont have it.

Go with your S300/s400 combo. You can change the 400 to a 475.
