GM wheel cylinders

I heard GM ton wheel cylinders will fit dodge rears and give you more stopping power. Has anyone else heard of this or done this? What kind of results?

Check the sticky above about upgrading the rear drum brakes. HTH

I`ll let ya know how it works after the weekend I have a pile (everything actually) of rear brake parts sitting in the garage. If all goes as planned I`ll be doing the job tomorrow.
