Getrag noise! whats normal, and whats the sound of death?

They tend to be noisier in 4th because the countershaft is not under load, so it tends to rattle around a lot.

Its been a year sence i changed the tranny fluid. replaced it with Moble-1 full sinthetic(no one have 15/40 so i went wit 10/30)
sounds and shifts better(over filled, 5Q). fill plug has a magnetic and there wasn't enuf fine powder on the magnetic too even cover it so......my thoughts are that getrags are noise and I'm going to go with every body els and if it don't get any louder or change tone......It just a getrag
