A friend of mine just bought a 92 350 4WD and we are trying to figure out if the 5 speed is a Getrag or an NV 4500.Can someone tell me how to identify each of these and if it is a Getrag what would swapping an NV 4500 cost?

The Getrag has its name embossed on the drivers side of the case in 1 1/2 tall letters. No one seems to have seen a factory installed 4500 in a 1st gen, so if it was swapped in, the trans shifter hole had to of been moved back about 4'" in the trans tunnel.
