These are a Great improvement on ALL 1st gen trucks.

I was lucky to find a used unit for my 4wd conversion on the crewcab.

I, like many others, had E-mailed this company to have my name put down on a "wanted" list. Guess they had enough people interested to warrant another production run. Hope they are goign to have a few hundred of these things made.

I had one on the old truck it was a RCCentral find.

Got the one on this truck got from DC.

I'll get 2 more from DC for if I find another 1st gen to buy. At least now I can start lookin.

Noticed the install instructions seem to be flawed. Sae torque for grade 8 7/16-14 bolt is 78ft-lbs according to Steel Bolt Torque Specifications Table - Engineer's Handbook

Those are the instructions for a 2wd.

FSM. Page 19- 40

state 100ft lbs 2wd

state 165ft lbs 4wd
