Fuses and speedo

Looking for a owner manual
or
Looking for the fuse values.

My problem is I and 8 gauge and light to my instr light circuit and I am blowing a fuse not sure if it is a short or I just have to much draw. Figure I added maybe 2 amps extra draw.

Also My speedo was working fine the it started jumping then just quit, any ideas? The speedo gear in the head?

Thanks

I think the cable may have snapped; 85 wouldn't have the electronic speedometer.

remember more then on truck in one. the 85 is only the cab and frame. 91 is everthing else minus trany that is 95 47rh. So speedo is electronic from 91 with speed sensors.

My last 1991 with an auto did the same thing...speedo needle jumped all over then quit. It turned out to be the VSS( vehicle speed sensor) which was about $60 at the dealer and fixed the problem.
