c12h26 got a 13.95 in his 91 d250 on stock injectors, stock turbo, stock 727 trans. He added a intercooler and maxed the pump. And got slicks....Non intercooled first gens have pretty big injectors in them stock. Hold off on the injectors for a while. try this -----

get gauges!!!
Get a 60mm compressor upgrade and 16cm housing
intercooler
Big honkin air filter setup (BHAF)
4inch downpipe and 4 inch exhaust
MAX your pump
get some TALL slicks for the rear

See what your at then in the quarter. then maybe injectors could be added in. i dont think you'll need them for high 13's though. TRACTION WILL BE THE PROBLEM

hope this helps remember have fun with it and keep us posted

No still run on street tires, with a set of slicks it probably would have ran in the mid 13s

Traction really that big of a problem withoug a built trans? I didn't think the 727's were that tight!

Don't worry gauges are on the top of my list.. About the turbo, how would a hx-35 compair to the 60mm/16cm upgraded H1c? I have seen some nice hx-35s for sale pretty reasonable...

Thanks for the suggestions!
