so ive read a ton on how people get teh jam nut lose on the idle screw but what about the 13mm on the full fuel screw.
last night i was able to adjust idle but it did me no good cuz i ran out of daylight and never got the lock nut off the full fuel screw.
anytricks? im going to take another gander tongiht when i get home and rumage through the tool box again maybe go buy some wacky tools if needed.
there was a pic of the tools used by someone on TDR but ill be damned if i can locat it again.

No special tools are needed. Just unhook your throttle linkage and you can fit a wrench right on it. You dont have to remove the entire nut...just loosen it enough so that you can turn the screw. There's nothing to it.

Several more experienced members have recommended backing the fuel screw all the way out while counting the turns. This lets you work on the locknut out where you can actually do something to it. After you get the locknut off, screw the screw back in the same number of turns and go from there.

im speakin of just the jam nut,(not the lock collar)
it seems to be on there pretty good. i figured i could back the entire assembly out a half a turn to lsen the nut but i was turning awfully hard with no go.
hoping i can get it off tongiht to adjust it in some then back idle down and be happy (then ill stop messing with the darn thing.

If you are careful you can take a small drift punch and hammer and tap the nut loose. I have done it many times with no problems, It isnt the proper way to do it but its quick and easy

yes i did, the job now takes me 5-6 min to do both full fuel and idle.
going to take it for a test a drive later after dinner.
took it in 2 full turns, idle went from 750-1100, backed it down to 850ish. and will test it there later.
here is the wrench i bought to do it. i went to harbar frieght after work on my way home picked up a bunch of goodies i needed and some randon wrenches for crap like this.
i forgot to put in the pic the 10mm bent closed end wrench that i first used to break teh idle jam nut lose. but now i just use the punch and hammer.

well after the test drive, everythign settled in and i need to adjust the idle from 850-900 back to 800 or so. but i might do another half turn onteh screw but i like it how it is right now. that little extra power was nice, ill have to see how it tows now.
