fuel supply line washers

My fuel supply line (banjo bolt) going to the injection pump has started leaking. I have had it off several times for various reasons. What washers belong on there and in what order? Thanks.

One washer on bolt, bolt through fitting, second washer between fitting and head.

Thanks. For some reason, both washers were stuck together against the bolt. Wonder how that happened? Sounds like operator error. I'll go try that.

That was it. It looks like it still may be oozing just a little bit, as opposed to a steady drip. Do you think a new bolt would cure that? And are those just standard washers?
