fuel solenoid HELP!

fuel solenoid HELP!

I'm trying to get my fuel shut off solenoid of and I can't see any way to do it without removing part of the pump. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go ahead and unscrew it. The threads are fairly short, then you can angle it to one side to get it past the AFC housing.

I have read on threads that some have had luck using a small punch or chisle to catch an edge to get it loose. Its a buger to get at.

i just grabbed it with channel locks and it broke loose. good luck

i tried the punch but it just wasnt as effective for me as the channel locks
