www.genosgarage.com for a tapped 1/8" banjo bolt, needed for tapping in for fuel pressure. It replaces the banjo bolt with the gay metric bleeder bolt at the fuel filter housing. Any old pressure gauge, be it boost, oil pressure can be used for measuring fuel pressure. An old 30psi boost gauge works good. Gauge, a boost tubing kit and tapped banjo bolt are all that is needed for a FPG.

Yes they are the same banjo bolts. You don't need a kit. Just get two individual banjo bolts, I suggest two tapped. Some get one tapped, one non-tapped. I say get two tapped in case you break the tapped one. Get 2 new sealing washers per banjo bolt as well. You put the tapped bolt after the fuel filter. On the line that goes to the injection pump.

Mine is a 35 psi water pressure gauge that is a dead on match for the rest of my AutoMeter Z-series gauges. I got it for under $15 shipped from http://surpluscenter.com/

I agree with Bill that everybody ought to put a tapped banjo on the truck even if you don't add a permanent gauge. Makes troubleshooting easier.

Don't use tape. Use brass fittings, they are softer than the steel bolt and will seal quite well.

Nah, you don'y lose much fuel. Just start it up. It'll run a little lumpy for a couple seconds and then all will be good.
