I believe "Alwaysworking" is involved with these pins.

No, the governor only supplies enough fuel to maintain the RPM. If speed and load are the same, fuel delivery will also be the same regardless of the fuel pin you use.

I think a denny stage II or M5 for play and a M2 or M3 for towing, thats what I'm probably going to do. I think that both are well made.

We dyno tested a M3 on my brothers stock 91.5. It made 43 more HP and 75 more lb ft.

westco, a pin and nothing else, and you can drive it and have fun, and not get reported. Its all in how you tune the setup.

I wouldn't use a Dennyt. I just removed mine after 4 months of occasional use and it's grooved. I have pics. He won't respond to my email. Bought it November 6th 2009. Took it out last week after I discovered the groove.

I have an early Denny T, and it's also badly grooved, big power, but ........I'll be trying a PDR, or a Peak Diesel pin next, both are local to me.

my DennyT grooves as well. I've had it for a little over a year. All I do is take it out very few months and make sure it's smooth so it won't stick.

Couldn't you heat it up real hot and quench it to harden it more or...?

You would want to add more carbon....to harden it.
The way i do it is heat it up red hot and stick it in dirty motor oil, something thats been used a LOOONG time and is BLACK. You can do this several times, it should turn a darker color... usually a gunmetal or grayish color. One thing about doing this, it makes the part more brittle, i've done it to cool my welds, when making custom adapters... and they will snap, but it will not twist as it does when i don't do this.
