Fuel mileage and instructions

I bought my first 12 valve , 91 and bought a 92 intercooled motor to throw in it, I looking to get fuel mileage out of it. Anyone have upgrade Ideas , also I want to turn up my pump, anyone know of a website that has step by step intructions for that??

Welcome to the forum. Check the sticky at the top of the page. For best mpg keep the boost below 5 and egt below 700.

Before turning it up read about runaway. If not turned up with caution your motor will rev out of control. Also you found a great website here for any modifications or help

Have a 5spd and 4.10s. Drive below 2k rpms and keep acceleration moderate.

thanks for the advice guys, and im not really looking to tune it up to much cause i am planning on this being my everyday driver when i am finished restoring it, but i would still like the motor to have some get up and go in it.
