Thats mostly country roads with a little bit of freeway. I'm pretty happy with that considering its a flatbed and I drive it with a heavy foot.

truck in my sig. about 13mpg hand calculated. fair bit of city driving too in that calculation. each drive is rarely more than 10 or 15 miles. Straight hwy I wouldn't be surprised if I would see 18mpg. truck weighs about 7100lbs (a good 1000lbs more than most of your first gens) and is lifted, with similar aerodynamics of a first gen (big brick going down the road). Bet I could see 20 straight hwy if I kept the speed down, and put hwy friendly tires on it.
I was messing around with this the other day, I've change my driving habits and I've been seeing 27-28mpg. It was hard at first to not step on it but it was crazy to see the outcome.
Highway miles as well, city I don't know, probably bad.
W250 denny-t, 3300rpm, BHAF, rest all stock.

The truck in My sig gets 25 mpg after I had the injectors rebuilt, granted I drive highway most of the time and keep it between 60mph - 65mph never higher. It was hard to believe, I will run another tank and see if it is still the same.
Kelly I use to beable to pull down 18 on highway with my old crewcab but you have to remember us crewcab guy's have more weight and length on our truck's also so your right in there with what you have right now might beable to do a little better tweak it somemore and see what happen's

I can get 19 on a good day, 14 when I get tired of holding my foot. Hopefully I will see 23ish with the 3.07 gears I'm swapping in.
Eh. Best was 23.xmpg on a 500 mile trip.
Worst was here recently, 14mpg. Then I found out I had a blown head gasket.
