Front Hub

The bearings went out on the front end of my Grandfathers truck and goobered up the the wheel hub. We cant find one anywhere. Were can I find one? The truck is a 1993 3/4 ton, 4x4 ext cab with the 4500# front axle.

It shouldent be that hard to find one. try a good 4x4 hard parts shop. Ive even gone so far as to call the Dana co. direct. In a earlier post in the first gen section someone mentioned a Dodge only wreckin yard in Sacramento ca. Ill try to find the name and number for you. Also im not sure on interchangeability, but the 75 ford F250 I had also used the Dana 60 HD frontend. If I remember right the hubs were much bigger lookin than the ones on the 93 350 I sold a while back. Also it wasent a dually as Im assuming yours is?

Contact a Dana Spicer dealer. Search around on the internet and there are several mail oder dana dealers if you have none locally.

'93 hubs are the same as the Chevy dana 60 hubs. They seem to be a little hard to find, but are popular with the rock-crawler crowd. There used to be new ones listed on e-bay pretty regularly. If you can find a Dana dealer, you should be able to do okay as well. I think the hubs are out of production, but they were common enough that you should be able to find one for a reasonable price.
