Front Coils
i believe the most popular part number is 7226S (by MOOG i think) these springs are supposed to level the truck out and keep it from sagging. i've been told you can pick them up at NAPA. i'm sure others that have used the springs will chime in.
if you want a bit more stiff use ones out of a 1 ton, and just to enlighten you they are a breeze to change. if you can get ball joint off and support the truck the a frame comes low enough to slip them in and out by hand, also dont be suprised if they are broke, both of mine were,,,they were gasser springs, the heave ones came out later. just make sure the spring end is in its little slot wont hurt if its not but it will slip in on its own and scare the bejeevies out of you.
Springs
I got my front springs from local Dodge dealer, They only listed the 4000# ones still available. I also replaced the rubber isolator bushing that sits on the top.
Be careful when you release the lower control arm and keep all body parts out of the way.
The job was pretty simple.

Do a search on here. There are 2 different springs that are numbered very closely. One has a full coil on the top and the other is ground down flat. The full will give you a little more height.
