I use Fleetguard filters which I get from Genos.
My Getrags are filled with Mobil 1 5W-30 and over filled a quart.
The NP-205 T-case the Dana 60F and Dana 70 rear I fill with gear oil, and the weight could depend on the temps you plan on running the truck in.
The rest is pretty straight forward.

Yes the rear will want something for the limited slip.
I run mixed anti freeze, tested to lower than the -35 F* I expect to see every winter.

On all my vehicles I try to use OEM filters, I buy Fleetguard from Cummins for my Dodge. If I can't get OEM, I'll settle for Wix or Purolator as they look, to me, as a decent quality aftermarket product, unlike Fram or department store brands.

Posi is for GM vehicles bud.

Your limited slip diff. Will require the additive if you use standard gear oil. I use And oil extreme gear which has the additives in it already, so no extra additive is necessary
