Floppy vents
I took mine out and stuck the "fuzzy" 1/2 of the black Velcro kits that you can get from Home Depot on them to replace the worn out OEM friction strips. Put one small piece on both top and bottom if I remember right. Also, gave me a good time to run them through the wife's dishwasher first!

Just did this yesterday. There is a metal pin pushed in on the back side. Pop it out. Then there are pins on the top and bottom, which are also the pivots for the vent. Push them down and in and it will pop out.
