Flexalite trans. cooler power

I am putting in the big Flexalite trans.cooler with the 9/16" lines.Where is the best place to get power from for the fan. With the extended cab I have room to mount it under the drivers side of the cab.The cooler lines in the truck look to be 1/2",does anyone know for sure? thanks.

I hooked mine up directly to the battery (actually, the input side of my battery isolator), using an inline fuse right near the source.
