Finally got everything on.

With the weather being so nice I couldnt help myself! I installed my Banks innercooler, red Canyon Sport grille, and my heavy duty front bumper. I took some step by step pics! Let me know what you think!

The starting point!

Bed full of goodies!

Bumper off, grille out, stock innercooler off! (it also helps to have a hand here or there)

Banks innercooler in and all bolted in!

My canyon sport grille in! Looks awesome in person, pics dont do it justice!

And finally my front bumper! Looks really mean in person too!!!

The Banks inneercooler was a full 1" thinker than the factory unit! If anyone is wondering why I stuck the red grille on it I have a Canyon Sport and I think they look better than the chrome! All IMO! Plus everyone has a chrome! I like different!

The bumper was a little over 1$ shipped to me! Sounds like alot but I have been waiting to find one for a long time! Also I have been looking for a Red Canyon Sport grille to stick on it for about 5 yrs! They are almost impossible to find! I had to drive 3.5 hrs yesterday almost up into OH yesterday to get it!

Nice grille - it's almost a shame to hide it behind that big bumper.

Wow looking real good. I know the feeling you must be having in 1st gen bliss right now. What is the deal with the red canyon grille, did they offer 1st gens as a sport package from the factory? It seems to match your truck perfectly.

No, they never offered a sport model in a full size pickup in 1993 and back! (150,250,350). Only in a Dakota's and Ramcharger's! In 1992, Dodge released its Canyon Sport Ramcharger! It was only available in 4 colors (red, white, black, and green), and no matter what main color you bought it was two toned with a tan lower body side and tan front and rear bumpers! I know this is a first gen dodge diesel website! But I love all mopar, to find a Canyon Sport Ramcharger is tough! Its easier to find a rust free W350 single wheel than a Canyon Sport Ramcharger! I looked for almost 5 yrs to find my daily driver! Plus the grille I bought (yesterday) is the first one I have seen for sale since I have been looking (about 4yrs)! I have never seen a white Canyon Sport in person! I go to Carlisle for the Mopar show! Never seen one there! Also for some reason the price on the colored grilles were rediculous! The part # changed from 1992 to 93 but the price was in the high $500's! You could buy the Chrome for half that!

Took it out for a spin! I noticed a difference in smoke! With the bigger sticks and pump tweaked I could let the smoke fly by flooring the pedal. Not to say it doesnt smoke anymore would be a lie! But it smokes alot less! I didnt get a chance to check my egt's but I think I gained a full pound of boost, possibly two. Which doesnt make since, since in my way of thinking I created more spce for the turbo to fill (in the thicker innercooler)! I thought I would loose boost pressure! Am I correct or did I actually create more boost?
