I'm needing to know approximately or exactly what kind of pressure the waste gate port sees. I'll try and explain what I'm trying to do. I'd like to rig up a manual waste gate actuator. Not one activated by boost, but one I can open and close at will and keep it in the desired position. I have thought about a push pull cable, but was wanting to do something a little more fancy. Something I can actuate w/ a switch or the like. Like a linear motor or something. Only prob. I'm having w/ the linear motors is heat (150* max). I am curious as to the pressure so I'll know if I can use a vacuum/ boost actuator w/ an air solenoid or just a spring to hold it in the closed position or gonna need something to actuate both ways. Figure on your drive pressure being at least as high as your boost pressure plus 50% with a setup like yours.
