look in the sticky for performance mods you'll find it

 

FINALLy got it to pass, took it back to previous configuration, then took 2 turns out of the fuel screw and put a rubber vacumn cap on the idle screw so I didn't have to adjust it up from 600 rpm. Went thru Emissions with a Opacity of 3%. It was a dog getting it there, max of 9 lbs boost, would hardly pull 5th gear, and couldn't pull away in 2nd (had to use granny gear).

If I had to leave it like that I'd sell it... . Already put most of the old fuel back in it, need to twiddle a little more to balance it out a little better, but it's legal until the next time.
