Electrical issue

What would cause my dash lights to flash on and off when my left blinker is on not my right blinker? And also the left blinker will not flash when my headlights are on it just stays solid. And when I touch my brakes my dash lights come on and stay on with the brakes when my headlights are off. Any ideas?

Check the ground wire from the battery to the radiator support.

Mine did that yesterday when my tailight fell out and smashed. The 2 probes in the bulb were touching each other. A ground would do that too. Like Onemoparnut said, check that ground first.
