A/T or M+S Tire Suggestions?

It seems that opinions about tires are like a certain body part, everyone has one, and they are all different.

I have BFG AT's -- they came on the truck, with ?? miles, and two worn very badly from prior to me worn front end. It seems as though everyone loves these tires, but I am not thrilled by traction, handling, or wear resistence.

I push my own snow, drive around empty a lot, some gravel roads, some interstate highway. Not too much mud. When I run loaded, I load heavy, and run fast. Very little towing: all tag-along. I generally run less than 10k a year, but make the occasional 1500 mile trip.

So, the survey on tire rack makes the Bridgestone Dueller Revo sound like the best thing since sliced bread. I searched on here, and it seemed that folks were somewhat happy with them, but said they lacked in mud traction -- I am surprised from looking at the tread pattern.

Is anyone running these? If so, how many miles have you put on them, and what do you think?

Thanks everybody,

Alec

P.S. -- I have done some more research, and am feeling much more hesitant about the Dueller Revos . . . hence the edit to the post. It used to be that I would only buy Michelin LT tires, but they seem to have reduced their line quite a bit

I have a pair of them on the back of my S-10 Blazer and they seemed to wear out quickly. They were the warranty replacements for the two Firestones which separated and tore up the fender. I won't buy any more Firestones or Bridgestones ever.

I have the Revo's and love them! They wear better than the other tires I've had on this truck (Mich, Coopers) The rubber doesn't get hard when they get worn like alot of tires I've had they are still pretty grippy and they are almost worn out. My next set will be Revo's too.

I also like my REVOs... I got aobut 20k on them and they're great, they wear pretty good, but I don't think quite as well as the stock Michelins. Oh well. They did great in the snow last winter, but they do lack a little in the mud.
