Yeah, I'm in K'zoo. But I can't help much with power mods I'm afraid. If I could, MY truck wouldn't be stock!

what is it you would like to do with your truck

 

I keep hearing about a 3200 spring and turning the fuel screw. I have the banks powersystem with the intercooler so far, so anything else I can do to make more power safely I would be interested in. I hear about pods? I think they are talking about injectors, but I dont want the truck to smoke really bad. Anyways any mod I can do to pull more power out of the truck I would consider doing.

The truck is is perfect shape with around 100K miles, all maint has been kept up with the truck. So getting more power would not be hurting it. I guess I want to BOMB IT !!!

sandring you are rite that is a very nice truck, you should be proud of it. on my 92 i turned up the pump, installed pod's, and added the banks turbo and exhaust system. all i can say is WOW. i have a buddy with a duramax and he stays away from me. maybe smokin the duals in the parking lot made a beleiver out of him. would love to help you if i can.

 

Sandring that is a nice clean truck. I see it had Oregon plates in your gallery. Did you move from Oregon to Michigan? We did the opposite from Grand Rapids Mich. to Oregon in 1978

 

My dad picked the truck up from a couple in oregon and brought it to arizona, and thats where Im getting it from in 2 weeks. I just need someone who knows what there doing with these mods that can help me do them, I will pay them for there help. I just need to know what to get and I will get it and install it.

Ya its a beauty, Im going to put eagle alloys on it and change a few things to bring it up to date. My pops has taken very good care of the truck and I will enjoy driving it more them my new vehicles.

Bit of a drive for me two, I live just south east of Cadillac.
I think ive read of a fellow (red something) i think ,In westren Mich.
Would be nice to get to geother for coffee and a bull seshion, and may be a little tweaking of these first generations.

Here is a list of things I want to do, and you tell me if Im missing anything.

(1) New Injectors " Can someone recomend a brand or size "
(2) 3200 Spring " Where can I get one and is there a part # "
(3) New Fule pin " Where can I get one and is there a part # "
(4) Mess with fuel screw " Dont know how "

So If I get these items I will pay someone with the know how to install them and teach me as they do it.

Is there anything im missing? I dont want my truck to be a big smoker!!!

Another thing you might want to add to that list if it hasn't been done already is the KDP. If there isn't a DTR chapter in your area you might go over to TDR & check for a chapter. There has got to be some bomb parties comming up this spring that you could go to & get help with your bombs. Bomb parties are so much fun people helping people with modding their trucks.
