I have had a couple of dodge trucks with power locks and all but one of them had the lock mechinism in the door go bad. Remove your door panel and locat the locking mechinism, it will be bolted with two 10mm bolts to the lower out edge of the door. Disconnect the rod that goes from the mechinism up to the part that keeps the door closed (can't think of the proper term) then see if you can move the electric lock up and down if not you have a bad mechinism. You could also try to put power to it and see if you can get it work that way.
Hope this is some help.

There is a connector assembly inside the door. Usually the driver side will jar loose or just get dirty clean the connections and reassemble then see if things work. If driver side has a problem then so will the passenger side as the passenger side gets its juice from the drivers side.
