Does it turn ?

I wanted to know if your front driveshaft turns with the hubs locked out while going down the road?

I was also wondering where would a person come up with a front steering stabilizer bar at, and how would you hook it up?

The Parts Manager at my local Dodge dealer checked his computer and the anti-sway bar is no longer available through Mopar and no dealer in the US is shown to be holding one on the shelf -- at least not the unit for our "W" series 4WD trucks. So you're stuck with junkyards as your best option. Hooking it up is fairly straightforward. Personally I wouldn't waste a great deal of time on it because I don't believe it will make a nickel's worth of difference in the way your truck drives.

It'll turn some from the drag in the bearings.

Turn a little when cold usually (sticky grease), then not when warmed up, epecially in the summer.
