Did the IP bump

Man... what a P I T A for such an easy job. I guess the first time takes an hour, the second takes about 15 minutes.

I am getting lousy (?) mileage, so I thought it might help. The motor was rebuilt 17k ago and I think the guy put in bigger injectors, though I have no idea what. So anyway, I have gotten about 13mpg - all city - my first two tankfulls. I need to get on the highway for a while so I can see what it really gets. So, I bumped the timing about 1/8" and cleaned out the K&N filter (it was nasty). How can I tell what kind/size injectors I have? Will a dirty air filter and timing kill my MPGs a lot?

A dirty air filter will definately kill mileage. I picked up about 2mpg after going from a clean K&N to a BHAF!!

I get in the 13-16mpg range in town. Lots of red lights and slow cruising around here. My wifes car (acura tl) gets 19-21mpg in town so it doesn't sound all that bad.

Mine gets mid 14's. If you have POD's in there that's about all you can expect. A dirty filter or retarded timing will both hurt MPG.

I never get less than 16.5 in town, but I never get better than 18 on the road.
