He ran an AFC delete on his truck for awhile. He said he could control the smoke with the throttle and it was very drivable around town. And it made a little more power than with AFC delete than with the AFC and fuel pin.

For the most part I believe its a competition only type of thing. Not for the general daily driver or tow rig. I myself wouldnt mind trying one out since my truck is 100% competition and not a daily driver. I'd like to see some overall dyno comparisons with the AFC/Fuel pin, and with his billet piece. If it makes power its worth it to me. I could care less about mpg or smoke control. I just want more fuel and quicker spool.

Thats normaly on gensets, tractors, and offroad equipment. But I supose it would serve the same general purpose as the DennyT piece.

Do the marine 5.9L 12v's have AFC? I know the 230hp Volvo 3.9L I6 runs the same Bosch VE Pump as our trucks with AFC.

The industrial ve's have no afc which would work on our pumps. Or take your afc lever out for free and it'll do the same thing. I like my afc out on my auto but I think if I had a manual I would want it in for spool up.

I think, if i remember correctly, he made it because of a bad fuel leak. I'm thinking back 6 or 7 months ago when he made the thing. Theres a thread on here somewhere.

With stock injectors the afc function won't be missed. With big injectors it will be harder to control.

Going to give it try boys.... Very well made part and he includes lots of great stuff to make sure you have it all for the job.

Make sure you tell him if you have an auto or stick...

It comes with that DNR package it shows in the pic that is a TPS delete basically. It's a potentiometer setup for the overdrive.

oh gotcha. I guess that works too. I've never bothered with the TPS delete/pot fix because my TPS still works.

If you do the POT fix you lose cruise though don't you?
