Im using a tee setup, if you look carefully at the pics you can see the new lines I had made with -4an fittings. Pretty simple setup.

coming from the factory spot with an adapter, thats dangerous, mine when i had my compound setup on used a tee from the factory spot and the weight of the setup stripped out the threads, that sucked but got it fixed.

Looks good!

The downpipe is the biggest pain to work out. There just isn't much room down there.

Where did you get the BHT3B flange?

I drew up a .dxf file and had it water-jeted...I did not feel like trying to hack and grind 5/8" plate. I drew up a hx35 flange and need to draw up a spacer for the top turbo....

Looks like you're going to run an external wastegate? Wish I had done that the first time on mine... may have to pull it apart and make one.

And, I agree, the hardest part is making sure everything will clear - the DP, bottom turbo/fender/frame clearance, and oil filter/air intake clearance (for that big 5.5" intake).

oh come on its not that bad, i did mine with a torch and grinder, looked okay

but your going to have issues with your oil drain, i know twe guys plus me that had an issue with draining the oil in to a T, first 4an is not anywere near big enough i run 1inch return lines into a T and so do the other guys, the oil was backin up the lines into my turdo and out the exhaust and my oil pressure was low, that was with 5/8s lines, now with 1 inch lines i have no issues, just do it right once and have fun with it, it looks realy good though

and i run fram filter on my 5.9L all the time

The 4an's are for the feed, and im going with 5/8 drains on both, ie, Im going to weld a fitting into the pan. I havent done much research on an external wastegate. I would like one to supplement the internal one in order to keep the head on tight. Any recomendations?

You need to have atleast the same size line as the original one that will take 7/8 over the drain pipe if to small iol will backup an blow past the seals in the turbos.I have done a few sets of twins and haven't had not one problem with a T .the first set I did was in 96 went by a turbo chargeing book the book said 1/2 drain hose was good thet was realy wrong they the truck smoked bad with all the oil the shop that rebuilt the chargers in the first place told me to just put larger drain tubes on problem went away .

Problem with my setup is that the bottom turbo is too low to make use of the factory drain spot...
