Rear axle and front hubs, along with the rims, flares, and clearance/ID lights.

flares

I'm glad you ask.because I found a gas D350 for sale with nice flares and wheels.the guy want $1300.oo for it.I want to convert mine, but my wants and my wallets needs can't really justify it right now.I was wandering if I do get it would I have to cut the sheet metal away where the flares go?How do you know where to cut? Thanks bob

Yes, you do need to cut the bed. Trace the flares and cut carefully.
