Here are my recaro seats- I pulled them out of an Opel omega 3000gsi while I was in Germany. Planned on recovering them and throwing them in my 66 Chevelle, but they are such a good match to the factory grey interior. They are very comfortable! Mounted them on stock 1st gen bucket bases with a factory console.

Me likey those seats.

I want to get air ride seats, such as in the big rigs, so that my wife can tag along without complaining how the truck kills her back while she's in it. A set of ear plugs and she's good to go.

Well, come to think of it.....

ear plugs for me.... and a rubber ball and duct tape for her so I don't have to listen to her complain would be a lot cheaper, eh ?

Those are some really nice seats!! I have a question for y'all. Did they make Tan/Brown seats for 2nd or 3rd gens? My interior is tan, & I'd love to find some matching seats!
Let's see some more pics guys!

Yes, you can get 2nd gen in tan, gray, and ketchup red.
3rd gen in gray, dark gray, and a very light tan. However, the tan on the 3rd gen will not really match the baby poop color of our carpet and headliner.

I have owned a '94 2nd gen with blue interior too..
The later '98-'02 2nd gens also had a dark charcoal option as well.
My '01 came with the cloth "color confetti" charcoal, which I swapped out for charcoal leather seats several years ago.

Don't be afraid to go to the junkyard and see what matches and fits. I have to hand it to high end European and import cars, they know how to make durable, comfortable seats.I just helped a friend put a set of Mazda MX6 leather seats in a 67 lemans, they are fantastic. Wiring power tracks is very easy, power and ground. Find a set of 1st gen bucket bases from a truck or Ramcharger, then your choices are endless.

A lot of similar period vehicles will have a close interior color match, such as my seats- typical 90's grey even though they came from a European GM.

Finally someone rocking a 2nd gen console with different seats! Lol I have a 2nd gen console between my factory bucket seats. Wasn't a big fan of the arm rests or the center console so I swapped them out. Only problem is that it's grey
As soon as I can find a brown/ tan console Ill but it & swap it out.

Yeah lol i thought i was the only one too. I had a full set of grey 2nd gen seats to put in my truck but i just couldn't get the 2nd gen bucket seats to fit right on my new seat frame. Well long story short my dad had some seats out of his 3rd gen but didn't have the console so i put the 3rd gen seats in and painted the 2nd gen console black and there ya have it. Believe it or not the console looked factory color after i painted it and matched pretty dang good!

Lol.
Well I finally took some pictures of my interior. It doesn't look that good right now, I know. The different color 2nd gen console & nasty carpet make it look pretty bad. Lol But I do plan on fixing & upgrading the interior soon.
Things I want:
-New headliner
-New Carpet
-New Door Panels
-Tan 2nd gen seats & console or 3rd gen seats(if they match my interior color)
That's all I can think of off the top of my head. What do y'all think? BTW Thanks for all the relplies fellas!

This is my interior. The seats are stock extended cab seats. I built the console, large locking storage area, gauge for air pressure gauge, switches for compressor, and lockers. Twin-stick, Winters shifter.
