Custom intake.. How many ports??

Hey guys, I am finishing up my custom intake horn, getting ready to weld in some ports for future fun.. How many ports do you think will be enough... I was thinging 3.. One for the boost guage and the other 2 for a dual stage of water meth down the road... Or should I throw in a few extra just for good measures.. Here is a pic of what I'm workin with..

I dont think it would hurt to do it now. It will make it easier to add on to later cuase you will have already got them installed.

Probably overkill, but it's easy now.

I had 3 but now have 6 now. I have 2 water meth nozzles, 2 nos nozzles, a boost port, sensor for water meth activation, sensor for nos activation. Thats 7 but I have 2 tee'd together. The more the better. Sucks having to do it over again!

Well, I figure all the drivetrain and everything will be good minus the trans..lol I bought it for 500 bucks as is an just put it in... All I know is that it goes in all the gears and shifts good... But, I plan on doing a full trans build next year sometime... I am just gonna do some pump tweeks and simple stuff for the time being... Not worrying about power right now... I am out of money..lol Haven't had it running since july... So I should have it moving on Friday..

They were 1/4 npt to 1/8 npt steel bungs.... I turned them down on the laithe to almost nothing so that way they just had a little lip to slip into the hole then welded around... So it is still pretty smooth on the inside, I didn't want them to stick inside....lol

Excellent that you added so many but you may have wanted to move them around a little as some of the power adders are sprayed straight down the intake path. So basically some of your stuff would spray directly into the sensor or nozzle in front of it. I placed my ports staggered and offset around the entire tube giving you many locations and keeping them all seperated. I am a little late mentioning this though I guess.
