Is the Cummins water pump worth the extra money over the Gates pump? If so where is The best place to buy one?

I purchased Gates pump , 1st one lasted 3 days , 2nd one still going strong 50k miles . It's only a 45 cent seal that leaks , only as good or bad as who installed it . To answer your question , my Cummins pump has China case into it so you be the judge .
