Do you think with it being powder coated that you will have to clean out all the mounting/bracket holes?

Seems like anytime I fab something and powder coated I have to clean out the holes to get the fastners through that fit before

I've thought about that and I'm sure some will need to be cleaned out. I will just touch up any that I do with some gloss black spray paint. Once it's all back together you won't be able to see any of them that I had to paint.

More Powder Coating

Picked up all the pieces I need today to put the axles back underneath the frame. Had all the cross members, suspension hangers, misc. brackets done in gloss black. Then all the spring plates, u-bolts and shackles done in satin black as I will be spray painting the leaf springs and axle housings in this color.

Pics--btw Jungle your parts look even better now!!

Hope to have a rolling frame by Monday.

Fantastic job !

Looking forwards to following your build.

Do you think you'll actually drive it, or will it become a trailer queen....... if you can find a trailer big enough, that is....

Thanks! Definitely won't be a trailer queen. I'm building this truck to pull a 1967 Kasier M715, it will be the next project, to trail rides all over TX, OK and AR. So it will see plenty of highway and some light offroading. I guess my OCD kicked into overdrive on this build. lol.

So far all the holes in the suspension hangers don't need cleaning out, but I haven't started putting anything on the frame yet, so those may need some attention.

Will definitely keep the pics coming and I appreciate the kind words as always!!

We need an update on yours gyman!

Yes sir, I go home Tuesday morning and I'm going to do my best to get the frame back to rolling status on my 7 days off. Also hope to have the cab back from paint this month or early next month, crossing fingers!!

Some assmbely required!

Started putting the front axle and suspension together this week. Gave the front axle and leaf springs a fresh coat of satin black. I'm using a 1" zero rate from ORD which triggered me having to cut on my Jungle front spring plates since I'm moving the axle forward by 1 inch for fender well clearance. Other than that everything is going back together real smooth so far.

Here are pics from yesterday.

Started putting the rear together today. Hope to have it on all four rollers by Sunday.

Body shop called to confirm paint color so hope to have some updated pics of the cab when I go by there on Monday.
