Frame is home!

Brought the frame home today from getting powder coated, very pleased on how it turned out.

I don't know what I was expecting when I dropped it off, but when I showed up today to pick it up my eyes got very big and my jaw dropped. You definitely won't regret doing it.

Well I deff wanna see that dash then! maybe it would work well enough that the rest of us will follow suite and make custom dashes for our rigs haha

Jim that center console is sweet!! What size tubing is that? The way you did your panels for the sides is exactly what I had in my head. I like leaving the tubing exposed like that, looks GREAT!!
I used 1" OD .120 wall DOM tube. I also screwed the pannels on with SS button head machine screws so I could remove them to work on things.

Thanks for the info on the center console Jim, I will probably use the same or similar materials for my dash and console. May go up to 1.25 tubing.

Just set the frame on jack stands and I dropped all the hangers and other suspension related stuff at the powder coaters yesterday. Should have everything back when I get home from work next week so I can get the chassis as a roller.
