Crankcase Evacuation System
So I've been looking at the "little" things that could make some more power on my old pile of parts. The Evac system came up while looking at a gas engine power page. So I got to thinking why wouldn't it work for a diesel engine, seeing that they by nature have more blow by then an gas engine with turbochargers and the whole combustion ignition thing and high compression ratio.
Thoughts, ideas, am I way off kilter here?

Yes I did, one of the places I got my inspiration from. Don't know I'd drop that kinda money for a maybe it will work though? I had a brain fart and I think I'm going to try a air pump I've got sitting around, and if that shows some sort of improvement then I'd go for a big nice built system like that, also had a thought of using some sort of belt driven system. My buddy has one of those gusher fuel pumps on his truck (very nice by the way) and thought I could make up some sort of bracket to hold another pump to suck the fumes out? All just thoughts at this point. Nothing even on paper yet.......

try these... http://www.summitracing.com/parts/MIL-85700/
they use the exhaust to evacuate the crank case. weld the bung in the down pipe then attach it to the crank case vent tube.
