Most parts as interchangeable from 1980 to 1993, only small differences in trim and wiring over the years. Almost all mechanical, and body parts are the same. Only thought I have is there might be a slight difference in a couple of the box mounts, but nothing to outrageous.

The dash frames them selves will interchange, but your diesel wiring is it's own animal and should be retained in the original 91 truck.

$500 sounds like a good deal for all the body parts your looking for...I say go get it!

The floor will be different if they are both automatic trans. I put an 86 cab on mine, and found the floor had to be massaged a bit with a hammer to clear the O/D section of the trans. There were more than one length of cab chassis trucks. Are you planning on using the frame?

Cab/chassic

Some cab/chassic have a different wheel base than a standard truck. Which that may only made a difference in some of the drive train parts.

I think the 4x4 and 4x2 cabs are different. It could be dealt with though, if you're into sheet metal work.
