Does anyone know if there's a differance between my 84 core support and 91.5-93 besides the holes for the intercooler. I'm having problems finding a core support and am wondering if I could just cut out for the intercooler.

I think that I heard that the headlight mounts are different too but I haven't worked with it personally.

Yes. 12valve is right the headlight buckets are in a different spot. There is a fix for this in the sticky if you cant find another core support. I have seen the headlights moved before and if done right you would never notice.

Also the radiator mounting is a little different. You need the holes for the rubber things on the bottom of the radiator to sit in and you will be short one of the three holes that each top brackets has to bolt into. I learned this the hard way concerning the bottom ones. My radiator slipped from the bottom and into the fan.
