Unhappy Cooling fan bearing went out

Well I have found that my radiator fan bearing has gone out.

It made it 150,000 miles. Is that good or bad? Have you guys
had to replace this thing at this milage?

The next question is where I should buy it and how much should
it cost me?

Thanks

Mine went out about 200,000. Get it from Cummins, cost about $70. Not too hard to install. Cummins in St. Lewis told me I had something wrong in the gear train, scary. Was happy it was the fan.

Thanks for the info Dixie. My cummins dealer aint nearly as nice as yours. New bearing only for $120. Dear GAWD.

That wasnt very nice of them. That is the way it works when you need it now and you cant take your time shopping.
