cold starts??

Question cold starts??
truck sputters for about 10 seconds when starting it cold, today a little colder thatn usual had to give a pedal push then sputterd for about 15 seconds, whats up?

You probably have the fuel screw turned up. Mine was doing that and i turned my pin out a bit and it got better. (egts were a little high before to)
