Club cab bench seat in a regular cab? Doable?

Was just wondering if it's possible. I like how the club cab bench splits in half, it comes in handy sometimes.

So, the brackets are the same for both seats?

I put a regular cab bench seat in my club cab. It fit perfect and bolted right up.

I would assume you could go the other way as well. I took the entire seat out with the bracket that bolts through the floor.

what i am saying is that you can bolt a standard cab seat in a club cab. but for a club cab seat in a standard cabyou have to drill holes on either side of the center console. if it is a bench seat the has a flip down console you probly dont have to drill holes.

No, I think they are talking about a bench for bench swap, which is 100% interchangeable. Club cabs were offered with either a pair of buckets/console, or rarely a bench seat that has an unusual backrest portion on the passenger side that folds forward like making a dog ear on a piece of paper. This is how rear occupants would gain entry to the jump seats in a clubcab.Rare option, which I have.

Yeah my new d250 club cab has a bench seat in front, and each side will fold forward independently, but at a slight angle towards the middle, so you can't fold both sides forward at the same time.

I was mad when we got our CC and it had a bench. The buckets are like sitting in a body formed cloud....

The 92 we sold a few months ago had the buckets/ console and they have those big bolsters that hold you in and that GIANT pad of foam that hits your bottom legs between the back of your knee and your thigh, there so comfy

Yes, my parts truck has the bench that has 2 folding halves, not the console. I was thinking it would be more conveinent instead of the one piece bench seat.

Something to check out. I think the Club Cab bench is about 4" narrower than the reg cab bench. Its easy to notice that the pass side has a LOT more room between the seat and door than the drivers side. This is to make easy entry/exit to the back. You could also get the same narrow seat in bench equipped Ramchargers.
