If the mechanical is taken care of as good as the body it would not even make a good doner truck. You generally get what you pay for.

 

I know that guy...he wheels & deals with Cummins trucks, and other worktrucks all the time, pretty good guy...he just buys auction vehicles and sells them immediately. He's about 45 minutes away from me.

Usually he finds decent trucks, that one don't look too bad, he's always got 1st gens on eBay. Alot of times some really clean ones at good prices.

 

I'd like to know a little more about the seat that's in there. I'd like to get rid of my broken down bench and put in something like a 40-20-40 with a fold down console in between.

 

unfortunately, i knew the former owner of that truck. it had a major electrical fire in it and it was later "repaired". i'd rather throw the money out the window before feeding it into that beast.
