Im not saying that any of these are great deals or anything but this is what i always use if im looking for something like that.

If you want a new one, the cheapest place to get it is http://www.turbosupply.net. You want a super 40 with part number 4031450.

Those are part numbers. Give them a call and they'll give you the price. Great place to get a stock, out of the box turbo.
