Wink Cheaper parts for your first gen!

Hey guys I know some of u allready know about this. One of the return lines that bolts to the pump and bolts to the lifter cover, Is no longer sold by dodge, and if they still did it would cost $80 and $50 from cummins. I got mine at case IH dealer here at home, for a 5250 case IH tractor with 5.9 cummins it has the same every thing as our trucks do. The line cost me $23.55 cents. Just though some of u would like to know how much cheaper the parts are at Case IH.

I am writing that tractor model down
Nearest caseIH, or is it case new holland now, dealer is 12 miles away. Nearest cummins dealer is 150.

My dads 2001 CaseIH MX120 has a 5.9 in it, but it is just like the 94-98 trucks for the most part.

I figured as long as these trucks have been around that everyone already knew to go to the Case dealer.

The local Case heavy equipment dealer has always had a better stock of 1st and 2nd Gen. Cummins parts, and at ridiculously low prices, compared to dealerships and specialty truck stores.

When a piece of equipment is down, idling a bunch of $16/hour men, nobody wants to hear that "I'll have it tomorrow" crap, so a good equipment parts manager will have it in stock.

Nope, it is officially now called C.N.H. Has been for about a year or so. The New Holland dealers and CaseIH dealers are still completely separate but they are now under the same conglomerate company, they are starting to share some product also. CasIH round balers are NH balers painted CIH red. Some of the compact tractors and mid-size utility are the same also. I suppose you'll see more integration in years to come.
