LED's do not draw enough current to make the flasher work. You can either install a flasher that works with a small load or add resistors into the directional/hazard circut. Both are avaiable from "superbright LED's"

I put LEDs in my 06 and they shorted out the parking lights, blew the fuses. It turns out the bulbs are wired different than my sockets. I do not know how your sockets are wired but I suggest you check the fuses for the lights that do not work. Look at the LED bulb and see how the elements are wired and check the wiring of the sockets. The LEDs have to be istalled with the correct polarity to work.
I have rewired a set of sockets to make the LEDs work. I will be finishing them tomorrow and installing. I have taken pictures all the way and will make a post to show what I did.

Put the old bulbs back in and see if they work. If they do then install 1 LED at a time until the problem comes up. This will at least narrow it down.

Led lights have to be put in with the positive and negative terminals in the proper sides. Incandescent bulbs don't care as long as they have both positive and negative. I would start by checking the polarity of the plugs and matching the positive and negative side of the plugs to the corresponding side of the bulbs.

I did the same thing in my 93 and now the dash cluster won't light up. The turn signals work , but the dash is dead. I checked the fuse and it's good. Any help would be appreciated. Thanx!

As gear jammer 91 said some - but not all - LEDs need to be installed polarity correct. When I installed LEDs in my trailer I had to make sure each one was installed correctly. As far as the flasher goes you can use a no load flasher which does not require a ground - this is what I used and it works great. I have had exterior LEDs for a couple of years with no trouble at all. You need to do your research on LEDs so you can address these problems. I got my info - education - from "Super Bright LEDs" on line.

hey i did all LED conversion on my 90 and had the same problems. go to the website www.superbrightleds.com and order 4 of their resistors (the larger ones) and then connect them to your marker/turn signal lights on the front and back corners. that with the heavy duty flasher should make them work. that's all i had to do. if you have any questions feel free to shoot me a pm.

you can also run some capacitors or resistors from radio shack for cheap. All you need to do is creat a load in the system, there isn't enough to cause the flasher to work with led's. Also as stated above you need to check the polarity, that may have something to do with it also. Good luck.
